What can I say … Michael and his sons David and Colin were reliable, punctual, approachable and friendly. All were courteous and polite. Options were clearly explained to me by Michael, what a genuinely nice honest guy. All made me feel at ease, explained everything first, gave me a price and asked if I was happy for them to go ahead and complete the job. Even when things turned out more complicated than first thought all persevered to get the job done. Made sure was in good working order before they left. A courteous, friendly, professional, trustworthy family business. Would not hesitate to recommend.
